Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Support for the Whole Family

Preparing for birth is about more than having a baby. It's about helping your family begin this new chapter feeling informed, connected, and cared for.

Whether you're preparing for your first birth, welcoming another baby, navigating postpartum recovery, or seeking holistic herbal support, Be Well provides the education, encouragement, and hands-on care your family deserves.

Pregnancy and birth aren't experiences that happen to one person. They shape the entire family.

At Be Well, we believe every parent deserves to feel prepared, heard, and supported during one of life's biggest transitions. That's why our care extends beyond labor support to include childbirth education, postpartum care, herbal wellness, and dedicated support for fathers and partners.

We're here to help your family move through pregnancy and postpartum with confidence, connection, and peace of mind.

Because Birth Changes the Whole Family

Meet the Team

We're Candace and Kelajah, the husband-and-wife team behind Be Well. As birth and postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, and parents, we're passionate about helping both mothers and fathers feel informed, supported, and confident from pregnancy through postpartum. Because when parents thrive together, families thrive too.

We Support Mothers and Fathers

Research continues to show that maternal and paternal wellbeing are closely connected throughout pregnancy and postpartum. When both parents are prepared, supported, and included, families experience greater confidence, stronger relationships, improved mental wellbeing, and a smoother transition into life with a new baby.

Yet many perinatal spaces focus almost exclusively on mothers, leaving fathers unsure of their role.

At Be Well, we do things differently.

We intentionally support both parents because we know that when mothers and fathers thrive together, babies benefit too. Through education, birth support, community, and practical guidance, we help couples navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a team; not as one parent carrying the journey alone.
